Due to the nature of the business, all due dates are estimate. We can’t give 100% guarantee that a repair will be done next-day, or by any other date, especially in case we need to order stock to complete the repair. We will, on the other hand, try to prioritise customers who need their systems back sooner (flying away from the country, writing a dissertation…) if the repair doesn’t cause a bottleneck.

We promise we will call when the repair is finished, or if we need to do more costly repair, or if we risk losing any data continuing with the repair, and ask for a go-ahead.

Another issue is the delivery dates, for which we can unfortunately take no responsibility. If your part takes longer to ship than expected, feel free to talk to us about it. If it takes more than a week, we will consider sourcing the part from somewhere else.
