Warranty conditions

General

PLEASE, try to get back to us within one week of payment. Issues, especially with suppliers, are much easier to resolve that way (for us, and therefore for you). We will not accept warranty queries after a month of payment!

Software

Software repairs are not covered by warranty due to the nature of the repair. Software is an everchanging ecosystem, basically every user interaction changes something in it, and it’s hard to promise that such a system will work with so many variables. We encourage our customers to check whether everything is fine upon collection. If in any case you are unhappy or have unresolved queries with our software repairs, we’ll be happy to go out again within one month (we will charge only the £5 call-out fee).

We can guarantee, that the software we install on your computer is genuine, operating system is activated, all drivers are installed and all devices are working. We can also guarantee, that the system will be able to connect to the internet before we return it to you.

Hardware

Overheating repairs come with 3 months warranty. If you feel that your laptop cuts out within 3 months of an overheating repair, get back to us and we’ll check the problem again.

In case of new fitted hardware components, they come with a manufacturers warranty, which is usually one year. Just call us, we’ll go out, diagnose the problem for you, and in case the problem is in hardware we fitted, we’ll even waive the £5 call-out charge. RMA’s require us to take your system off-site and keep it for few days, till they are processed with our suppliers.

Returns

We can accept accessories’ returns, in case they don’t work (incompatibility, fault), without a problem, but try to notify us within a week of purchase.

If you don’t like the item purchased for whatever reason and would like to give it back to us, we will substract £5 call-out charge from refund (up to the full price of the item, depending on the condition of the item and packaging).
