In Geeks on Bikes, we believe the customer should know exactly what’s happening with their system. From our expeience in the industry, major issues can emerge in customer contact, especially related to:
- warranty of our repairs & hardware
- return policy
- charges related to the repairs
- data management policy
- due date policy
If there’s a discrepancy between what is stated here, and what is on your repair sheet, the repair sheet takes priority.
