General charges:

• Call-Out charge – £10
  • All call-outs incurr this charge.
  • In case of off-site repair, this covers both, pick up and delivery, additional to the off-site repair price.
  • In case of on-site repair, the charge applies for every visit, additional to hourly labour charge.

• On-Site labour charge – £20 / hour
  • Does not apply if repair was transferred off-site
  • Applies for all on-site repairs, rounding up by half an hour after first hour
  • Diagnostics may be exempt of this charge, depends on the situation

• STUDENT DISCOUNT – £10 off
  • Does not apply to on-site repairs
  • Does not apply for call-out charge.
