What is Geeks on Bikes?

Geeks on Bikes is a student run company (a partnership), founded in September 2009, in the West End of Glasgow. It aims to provide IT support at accessible times and affordable cost. The inspiration to start such a business venture was the lack of IT services available after 5pm, or over the weekends, combined with the West End being an area full of students, or people working 9-to-5 daily.

Who is behind Geeks on Bikes?

Geeks on Bikes is run by a 2-membered management/employee team – Peter Kraus and Maciej Kaniecki, both studying at University of Glasgow. While none of us is studying Computing Science as a Major, we both have studying history related to the subject, having studied Computing Science and Electrical Engineering, along with 2 years of work experience in the industry (at Laptops Direct).
